Adam – Manager (Nominated Supervisor) & Rainbow Lorikeet (4yo) Teacher

Adam has been at DNMK for 8 years. He has taught the Rainbow Lorikeets all through that time and has brought to DNMK an interest in gardening and the natural world. Adam is always willing to explore evolving interests as they pop up from day to day and enjoys the creativity and excitement in trusting children’s ideas.

Andrea – Wattlebird (Tuesday and Thursday) Educator (to be included)

Cristina – Teacher

Cristina holds a Masters of Education qualification. She is passionate and knowledgeable and has a special interest in community-based programs. Cristina has a background in human resources.

Danny – Robins (Friday) Educator

Danny began with DNMK at the start of 2015. He has worked in a range of different services around the inner eastern suburbs and is now running our popular Friday Robins program. Danny is currently undertaking his Masters of Education (Early Childhood) with Melbourne University. He also plays the guitar, with a focus on folk and blues.

Dominique – Wattlebird (Tuesday and Thursday) Educator (to be included)

Georgi – Educational leader & Currawong (4yo) Teacher

Georgi completed her Early Childhood Bachelor of Education at Melbourne University in 2012. Georgi has a family of her own and is driven to promote family involvement throughout the program. Georgi has a special interest in developing awareness and respect for Indigenous culture with communities.

Gina – Kindergarten administrator

Gina has assisted in the running of the kinder collaboratively with the committee of management and team of educators since 2007. Gina’s children have graduated from DNMK & she and her family are a part of the Richmond community.

Jo – Honeyeater (3yo) Educator

Jo has been at DNMK for past 10 years, and for the past 3 of those she has worked with Steph in the Honeyeaters. At times things can get a little tricky for young children to negotiate at kinder, but Jo brings a nurturing quality so important in helping children become self-assured. Jo enjoys fostering children’s dramatic play, and connecting with children through shared stories.

Laura – Currawong (4yo) and Wattlebird (Monday & Wednesday) Educator (to be included)

Meeta – Currawong (4yo) Educator (to be included)

Ngyrie – Kookaburra (3yo)

Ngyrie completed her Certificate III in Children’s Services in 2011. She has worked in a range of settings including kinder, long day care and in-home care. Ngyrie has a background in music and storytelling, and threads her deep understanding of music into many aspects of the program, including structured sessions and spontaneous sing- and dance-alongs.

Steph – Honeyeater (3yo) educator

Steph has been at DNMK for over 5 years. Steph’s calm manner with the children leads her to make sincere and trusted connections with all children.  She also works as our educational leader in supporting the team to continue our progression as professionals in the field. Steph has a background in visual arts.
